This movie is about a very laid back gym owner who is about to lose his gym to a global gym corporation. His quirky group of gym members come up with the idea to enter a dodgeball tournament to make the amount of money he needs to save his gym. The unlikely team is then aided by an "old timer" who use to be a professional dodgeballer back in his hay days. What ensues are multiple knee slapping situations. The owner of the down and out gym is reluctant but eventually caves in to the pressure of his rag tag team.
